Personality: Zuko isnt an uptight guy, in all reality he seems as if he jus doesnt care. He may find many things pointless or unneccisary. Zuko takes high responsability for his friends and family, to him those are what matter in life. Duty is another thing that he seems to hold in high value, But his true test is about to beggin. Anger to him doesnt come easily so it isnt often that he looses his temper. He isnt religious or very selfcenter'd, his arrogance comes and goes like everything eles.

History: Zuko was born into a kind family. His mother n father would like everyother couple get into fights, but unussual to him, they never lasted long. His childhood was one filled with many happy memorys, more so then most. But like many, he also had his bad memorys. He father had been in the Military and would always tell storys of duty and honor. Shortly after Zuko turned 10 his father was called back to duty, Zuko doesnt remember what his father was doing or how it happened, but one night his mother jus sank to the floor holding a letter. Later that night after his mother had fallen asleep, he went into his fathers study and found a ring with at the time symbols and writing he didnt understand. After his fathers death Zuko took it upon himself to follow in his fathers footsteps, to become apart of the military.

Being along the path to live up to anothers name isnt always easy Zuko quickly found out. The choices between right and easy where always presenting themselfs. Zuko would almost never fall for the easy path, the fear of becomeing a corrupt and wicked person always seemed to keep him on the right path. As he grew older his mother had eventualy gotten over the grief of his father and remarried. As all children Zuko could never call this new many dad and promptly called him by his first name. Zuko prefering to keep his last name never allowed to be called by anything eles but Fukkyu when addressed formerly. As would be expected this cuased a bitterness between him and his step-father.

One morning when Zuko was 12 he discoverd and old book that belonged to his father, the pages where filled with infomation on Alchemy, keeping this book and its secrets away from his family was a top priority becuase they would never allow him to keep such a thing. As his skills progressed over the years one book turned into many and his knowledge of Alchemy grew. Eventualy he started to practice many forms and took to the likeing of fire and earth based forms. As he grew older it grew more apperent for him to learn other fighting style besides alchemy if he was to ever live up to his fathers name. With such a thought he took many fighting style classes and worked on his own style mixing everything that he knew. As he turned 16 his step-father had enough of him and planed to throw him out, but when the man came up with the courage, Zuko was already gone.

Zuko awoke to the sound of a knock at his bedroom door. No one came in but a voice instead said "Breakfasts ready." The voice was that of his step-fathers Vince. Zuko laziy climbed out of bed and looked around his room for some clothes to wear. After what felt like forever he decided on wearing a light blue shirt and a pair of shorts. As he sat down at the table to eat, he heard the normal questions from his mother, as she asked them in the same order she always did, Zuko answer'd them without looking away from his food, nodding his head occasionaly. As he finished he rinsed his dish and started to walk upstairs jus as he was stoped. "I'm gona need you to go out today, You know your mother worries when your locked in your room reading." Vince said. "Eh, Fine" Zuko said almost lathargictly.

As Zuko left the house he slowly waked in the dirrection of the nearest park, beings he lived on the outer part of the town, one wasnt hard to come accross. As he got there he simply layed down on the grass thinking of things to do while he was out. But everything that came to mind wasnt something that he wished to do, as his mind drifted he eventualy came back to the book he was reading. After awhile of jus laying there he simply got up and started to walk agian, looking for something to do. As he walked he came across a book store, he stood outside a bit decideing if he wanted to go inside knowing that if his mother was here she would be dissapointed that he couldnt find anything better to do. With his mind decided he walked up the 3 step doorway and was about to try the door when he saw the sign, "Closed". Zuko sighed a short pained sign and turned and walked away, continueing on his search of things to do.
