The Chosen
Major General Xan walked calmly and slowly towards the place mentioned by Reita's letter, it seemed to be a normal enough building, but somehow Xan just knew that it was not what it seemed. He walked into the building with Reita's letter held in his left hand. "I wonder where Reita is?" He showed the letter to the nearest guard, and was immediatly escorted to a secret room deeper inside of the facility....

Re: The Chosen
Reita stood amongst a number of people who were all on computers seemingly doing something that dealt with important information. He held a paper in his hand as he directed certain people to diffrent designations until he heard someone else walk into the room. He simply turned his head back, and caught a glimpse of Xan walking in. He relieved the guards, and ushered Xan to a desk.
"Please, have a seat. So, have you made your choice, General Xan?"

Xan looked at Reita with a serious look, then relaxed and calmly made his decision known. "I have made my choice, I would be honored to join the Rozenkreutz Orden. I have also made another decision in addition to joining you, but we are going to need privacy before I explain."

Re: The Chosen
Reita nodded slightly before standing up and walking Xan over to a door. He looked around to make sure noone was watching, and typed in a code on the keypad. The door opened and he stood aside for Xan to walk in first.
"This should be private enough, no?"

Re: The Chosen
Xan looked around the private room. It was empty except for him and Reita. Excellent. "Well, for starters, I would like to express gratitude for your invitation to join this organization. Now, for the actual reason I needed privacy. I would like for you to join my organization, as I am joining your own. I need someone with your resources and the tactical genius it must take to be in command of this type of organization to be on my side. If you accept, I could make it worth your while. What say you?"

Re: The Chosen
Reita walked over to his desk and poured himself a glass of red wine, and poured one for Xan also. He pondered around the thought of this organisation Xan invited him to join, and thought intently about the matter. Of course, this would open up a new door for Reita, he also had to be cautious with those he made friends with. He decided that he would need more information about this organisation.
"My tactical genius? Please, i'm but a lowly Major. You flatter me with this comment, however, i'm afraid that if your looking for a tactical genius you have the wrong person. Resources, however, i do have. Please, tell me of this organisation of yours."

Re: The Chosen
Xan was amused by Reita's carefulness. He picked up the glass of red wine and took a sip. Ah, red wine....
"Well, where to begin...my organization is called the Illuminati. That name should mean absolutely nothing to you. But this should....through it, I intend to create a Philosopher's Stone, even faster than any military or country could ever dream of making one. Also, I have some.....interesting allies that might interest you. Let's just say that I take pride in my accomplishments so far, and that some might envy me if they found out."
Xan knew that Reita would get the gist of what he was saying. He had taken his turn, now it was Reita's move.

Re: The Chosen
Reita caught the key words in the comment made by Xan, however, seeming like he knew to much would draw unnecessary attention towards him. He simply noted on the one that Xan knew he had information about, Pride. He sipped his red wine lightly before nodding slightly.
"The Illuminati, an organisation that has controlled various forms of governments in the background for hundreds of years. Well, that's the 'Illuminati' i've studied about, however, taken from the name you've given me, they must of inspired you greatly. I accept your invitation, my ally."

Re: The Chosen
Xan nodded. This was excellent new for the Illuminati Leader to hear. Raising his glass, Xan spoke. "Well then, to the Rozenkruetz Orden and the Illuminati, working side by side for the greater....good." Xan chuckled a bit at that last word. Xan then drank the rest of his wine before speaking again. "Now then, to explain your role in this new organization. You will be the Illuminati Tactician. An advisor to me and the Lords, with whom you shall come in contact many times. Occasionally, you will be granted full control of Illuminati affairs, though this will mainly be when I am unable to control Illuminati from my position for whatever reason. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping me well informed about global affairs. In return, the resources of the Illuminati will be at your disposal." After Xan finished, he pulled out a silver necklace with the Illuminati symbol on it and gave it to Reita. "This will be your tool to communicate with me, and to find and access the Illuminati Headquarters in Frostdeath, you'll know it when you get there, the entrance is close to the center."

Re: The Chosen
Reita took the necklace and watch as the pendant spun around slowly as it dangled from the chain in his hand. He smiled lazily before reaching into his pocket and pulling out a golden pocket watch. He handed the watch to Xan and straightened up in his throne like seat and returning his mind to the subject of his order. He toasted Xan's glass lightly and sipped the last of his wine before speaking. Reita's voice usually carried a light Japanese accent from Osaka, however, his voice now carried a Japanese-German mix to it which was heavier than his normal accent.
"I guess i should inform you of your position here now, no? Based on your experience, i would like for you to be the head of Special Forces, which is pretty much control over the Spitzel, otherwise called spies, here in the Orden. This will give you pretty much control over the other two divisions, such as intelligence and ground forces aswell. I'm trusting that you will use these spies, assassins, hitman, and etc. to our advantage. Your main goal, however, should be keeping a close eye on other organisations that will rise to power and try to defeat us. This includes the military itself. Conspiracy is a possible threat, thus making us possible enemies with those who have failed to gain power and make it to this organisation. I'm sure you will do fine though. Now, here's to our fruitful relationship."
Reita poured them both another glass of wine and stuck it in the air for a toast.
"To the Orden and Illuminati, may opur plans come to fruition."

Re: The Chosen
Xan raised his glass and toasted with Reita. "I believe that this alliance between our two factions will be fruitful, not just for us, but the entire world." In his mind, Xan thought: "Tactician, check. Now to recruit the Lords."

Re: The Chosen
Reita drunk his entire glass of wine in one sip and licked his vampire like teeth after finishing. He then arose slowly, and placed a paper before Xan which had a list of his division members and his first project. Reita had recruited this man, and already put him to work. Kinda of akward how he had foreseen this happening, however, he hadn't totally let his guard down with this man.
"Now then, your first mission. I'm sure you've heard of a certain group of assassins who call themselves 'Traitorz'. I've had my men investigate them, but i believe you are best suited for this type of mission. Proceed with caution, and gather as much information as you can."

Re: The Chosen
Xan accepted the papers and his mission with a nod of his head. Although he himself had seen this outcome coming, he knew beyond the shadow of doubt that Reita was still dangerous, and that he (Xan) would need to be careful dealing with him...

Re: The Chosen
Reita opened the door for his new ally to leave him in piece. A bright light shined from the door once it was fully open, lighting up the dark room which was lit only by the fireplace over against the left wall. He bore a devilish smile on his face as he bowed slightly as a polite way of asking the man to leave.
"I'm counting on you Xan, and please, don't betray me. I don't want your world to come to a crashing end."
His eyes were cold, and showed evil intent if you were a good psychologist, you could easily tell. His way of thinking would hopefully confuse his ally, in hopes of making sure to keep him on his side a little longer.

Re: The Chosen
As Xan walked out of the room to get started on his mission, he looked Reita in the eyes and replied: "I could say those exact words to you, Reita." His own eyes briefly flashed with a look of pure evil, as a reminder that he was still the leader of a growing army, and would not take threats easily, not even from Reita.
