History:
Gwen had always been a hyperactive child since birth, despite not knowing her mother after she unexpectedly disappeared (after birth) so long ago, and was always optimistic at heart. She was born in a lone hospital in Rush Valley in the audience of her Grandfather and Father, then later almost throwing up from the amount of blood that seemed to pour from his wife and the screams she made. He only managed to sit through about fifteen minutes of the birth before opting to wait in the hall. Her happy persona got her into many situations where she met more and more friends, and soon she became quite popular around the automail-loving town. As her father was a well-known automail mechanic there, she usually sat and tried conversing with the patients as they had their automail connected and stuff. It seemed to really help out the patients alot, believe it or not, and the money that came in from the amount of customers kept her grandfather one happy little man. Emphasis on little man.
At the age of 8, the girl was known throughout the whole area as a human anesthetic as she helped ease the pain by singing to or just conversing with the patients. It was a good life, that was, until it happened. He was out on the battle field, called up by the army, when his team was ambushed and he had his left arm and leg ripped off in the explosion. Even though George Rockbell survived the initial explosion, his wounds became quickly infected and he died quietly on the stretcher on the way to the medical camp. It was the most devistating thing that the now orphaned girl had heard, and thus had locked herself in her room for two weeks as a result. After that, she became even more determined than ever to ease the pain of others and create the automail that others needed. It only took her a year to become as good as her father once was.
When she turned 14, she was an automail genius. Ask her and she could whip it up for you in a few nights tops. She had even surpassed her grandfather and great grandmother as she was so determined to become the best. She had even invented some of the latest automail technology out there, she was a genius. She was also lethal with a wrench. Just a month after turning 14, she went and opened up her own automail shop near the front of town known as 'Rockbell Automail Dealers'. In fact, she has been working there to this day and doesn't intend to stop anytime, as that's Gwen Rockbell for you, a machine-freak to the max!
RP SAMPLE:
1# Agony and rage was bubbling in the 14 year old automail mechanic as she ran down the streets of Rush Valley.Without thinking she turned to a corner into a abandoned alley way filled with scrap metal.She stared lifelessy at them as flashbacks of her father's death reappeared in her mind, she remembered it so clearly, the blood, the screaming and the last parting words he whispered.Rain began to pour down as she started to cry with pain. She screamed "I DONT WANNA BE USLESS ANYMORE" and then a clap of thunder was heard.
2# "GWEN WHAT THE HECK DID YOU DO TO THE COFFEE MAKER?" the old mechanic screamed holding up the broken coffee making machine and angrily stomping toward Gwen who was eating Pocky and making a automail for a custonmer.
Gwen turned around,looking innocent and said "I just wanted to see how it operates.."
"Oh you just wanted to see how it operates huh? BECAUSE OF WHAT YOU DONE NOW I AM FEELING MORE STRESSED!" Murrary yelled
Gwen said as she took a bite of her pocky "your alway like that"
