Another Day, Another Felony (Just me and Ben)

Tobi looked up. The window he planned to climb into was pretty high up, but if he used the fire escape, it should be simple. He sighed and pulled on his ski mask. He wore black clothes that tightly hugged his figure, in order to make this as easy as possible. Although, he had to admit, it also made him look great. But, everything made him look great, right? Oh, Wonderbra owes me for this one. If I get caught, I'm going to prison. And I doubt Fuhrer Solace will bail me out. He chuckled softly. Nope, if he went to prison for this, he was going to stay there. Oh, well. He jumped onto the fire escape and started his climb to Benjamin Havoc's dorm room. This should be fun.

As Tobi was climbing up to Ben's dorm, Ben was mumbling something about 'Sexy arms' in his sleep. There was a book covering up his face and he was sprawled out- head at the bottom of the bed and feet at the headboard. The rattling of the fire escape hardly phased Ben, he mostly just grunted when a loud shutter from a loose step rattled. He was out cold.

Tobi chuckled. Is Havoc in his underwear? This should be fun! He grinned as he took some rope out of his back pocket. Humming under his breath, he tied Ben's hands together. Best. Prank. Ever.

Ben quickly opened his eyes as the strange man in black tied his hands together; disabling his use of alchemy. He quickly jerked upward into a sitting position-- he was, indeed, in his boxers.

"Who the hel-- What are you doing?!"

He tried to pull his hands away from the masked man, but his effort was next to useless.

Tobi tried not to laugh. Deepening his voice to disguise it the best he could, he decided to play this up. He had to have fun, after all. "Benjamin Havoc," He said, adding on a slight accent to better disguise himself, "Don't move." Improvising, he used his index finger, middle finger, and thumb to look like a gun in the darkness. He grinned under his mask. Oh, he couldn't hold it in much longer. Ben's boxers had little ducks on them!

Benjamin couldn't help but to let out a whimper. What was taking place now reminded him of a time that his familly got robbed while on vacation.
His mind was freezing up, and Ben was panicing. He had no idea on what he should do; the man had a gun. And Ben was useless without his hands. No alchemy.

He improvised and sent a quick, hard kick to the man's groin.

Tobi groaned and fell back. He had to bite his tongue to keep from yelling out something that would give away to Ben that it was him. God, he was going far for a prank. Al defiantly owed him for this one. Biting his tongue, he grabbed Ben's feet and held them down so he couldn't be kicked again. Jeez, why did he have to sleep in his underwear? This was awkward.

Ben jerked around, trying to escape the mans hold on his feet....And ended up tossing his self onto the floor, making him more vulnerable than he was on the bed.

'Nice job.' , He growled in his mind.

Ben knew it was over from that point. His hands were bound, aswell as his feet. He had never felt so weak in his life.

Tobi sighed in relief. Poor Ben. He looked scared. But it was going to be an awesome prank, so he'd be laughing about it soon enough. Either that or he'd murder Tobi. Tobi shrugged and slapped some duct tape over Ben's mouth. Duct tape really does fix everything! He thought with a grin. Then he put a blindfold over Ben's eyes as well. There. Time to go meet Al! He grinned and climbed back out the window, dragging Ben behind him.
