It was a nice, calm day as Colonel Alexander Elric sat on the swings and sighed. He was getting sick of the weird looks everyone was giving him because he was wearing his army uniform (He just didn't feel like getting out of it) and he was sitting on a swing set. It was weird seeing a well-known Colonel sitting on a swing set in a public park. That went on his mental list to reasons why he hated his job, and apparently that list was alot bigger then why he loved his job.
Come to think of it, was there anything he liked about being a State Alchemist? Oh yes, the unlimited access to the city library: State Branch. There was so much good information there.
Once again Al was lost in a train of pointless thoughts, he could help but think as he pushed some blond hair from his eye and stretched lightly. He was really itching from some company right now, and no, he didn't want Kana's as the guy was a pompus bastard who kept pushing his buttons (There are only so many girly comments a guy can take, you know)... It was annoying, and not to mention everyone else with higher ranks in the military kept giving him the shits as well. 'Do this', 'Do that' and blah, blah, blah... it all gave him a headache. Thus he'd left his office and was now sitting on the swingset in need of company that wasn't that jerk Kana's.
'I swear if I hear another 'girly' crack I'm going to murder who ever said it...'

Inari walks in to the park. She was new to this area. She ling hair was up in pigtail looks an she was in a Beautiful kimono. She was lost never had been here before she sees a girl siting on the swing set. She walks up to her. “umm little girl... do you know where the state office is?” she said it in a kind tone. Yet the way it sounded she demanded.

The look on his face immediately went from peaceful to pissed in a milisecond as he suddenly snapped at the girl.
"IF YOU HAVEN'T NOTICED I'M A GUY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!" He yelled with a feirce look on his face before mumbling something incoherent and sitting back down on the swing, "Now why do you want to go to the State Office?"

lanza walks into central park as 2 milatary men walk up to hem"heh well what do ya know its an ishvallin were do ya think your headin"the first man askes, lanza looks at the man then grins"to see your mother shes waiting for me in her bed"the mans face gose red with anger as he points his gun to lanzas face"what you say?!"the man demands, lanza grins as he reaches for the handle of his sword"oh did i say your mom i ment ur sister!!

Inari looks at the boy. “your a little small to be a boy.. you make more of a doll for a little girl.” she just looks at him and then she takes out some papers from her sleeve. “I am sapost to see them about me practicing alchemy so freely.. they trying to say I cant keep my shop open with out a license to use alchemy.” she looks over at the man bad mouthing two men in soldier outfits. she was tempted to use some alchemy but she would have to use some of her perdrawn signs.

Hearing the sudden argument of sorts near by, he maneuvered his body to see the Ironbone alchemist and two other officers arguing, with one of the officers pointing a gun at the man's head. Alexander groaned at this.
"You've gotta be kidding me..." He said as he got up and slipped his shoes off, "So much for getting away from work..."
At almost lightning fast speeds, Alexander drew a large transmutation circle in the ground with his left foot before preforming a handstand and clapping the soles of his feet together. He then flipped and landed on the ground before using his feet to rip out a formed spear from the ground. He then grabbed the spear with his gloved right hand and ran over to the fight before jumping onto his hands and having his feet use the spear to knock back the two military officers that were harassing the new Major in the army.
The male then moves back to standing on his feet while holding the spear out to his side in front of the Ishvallan in a defensive position.
"Lieutenant Drake, Sergeant Grace, this is a superior officer ordering you two to back down and get back to work, as you're aware that you have a meeting with Lieutenant Colonel Carter in fifteen minutes. Hurry up otherwise I'll report your incompetence to the Fuhrer, understand?" Alexander ordered in a strict voice before scowling at the two officers, "You should also be aware that Major Vice is a higher ranking officer than you two, so I suggest you leave him alone otherwise you'll be dealing with me."
He then looked back at Lanza before looking at the girl and sighing as he threw the spear aside and put his hands in his pockets.

the two men run off in fear as lanza looks to Al"well its good to see you again sir and thatks for the help geez you think me beeing the first sihvallin alchimist i would get more respect haha"lanza smiles as his red eyes glows abit in the light"so what brings you here sir?

The boy shrugged and turned to face the Ishvallan.
"Please, just call me Al, 'sir' makes me feel old." The Elric said with a wamr smile before turning to the girl by the swings and scowling, "Well, I don't really care if you want to help or not, but I'm going to go and get her back for calling me a girl... So, tag along and help out if you want."
With that, the young Colonel walked over to the girl and extended a hand.
"How rude of me, I forgot to introduce myself. My name's Colonel Alexander Elric, but most people just call me Al." He asked with a smirk, as he hopes she'd be at least a little intimidated by his rank.

Inari sighs and looks at the two. her white hair bouncing in the wind Of what wasn't put up. She holds the papers in front of the short one. “you need to alow me to use alchemy when ever I want.. an if you don't I make your life a living hell.” there was there dark evil arua around her an eyes the seem like the could piece stone. She wasn't happy about having to travail so far just to get a license for alchemy. she didnt want to get friendly with any one who worked with the state due to her secret she had.

(I guessing this is in the future an the state would put limits on people who can use alchemy an also keep taps on them.)

Lanza watches al walk over to the girl as he takes out a pack of sigarets then takes one out of the pack and lights it with a match then fsllows him"geez he may be a high rank but he acts like a four year old...

Alexander scowled and shoved his hands into his pockets as he gave the girl a dark look.
"Will you people give me a break? Geez... well, the Fuhrer's out of town at the moment, so you'll have to be patient as I can only do so much as a Colonel. That's higher-up stuff." The boy said as moved into a slightly feminine pose before boredly blinking his eyes at the girl and taking the forms, "I'll look over it though, but just quit picking on my looks ok? I have the authority to lock you up, you know."
With a sigh he sat back down on his swing and began to calmly read through the documents that were given to him. It didn't take him long to finish it before he clapped his feet together and transmuted a pen from the bark on the ground and grabbed it with his right hand.
"Hm... So the state's been demanding you to stop preforming Alchemy without a license, in code, they want you to take the State Alchemist exam and pass. That's the only way to have a permit to use alchemy nowadays..." Alexander explained as he wrote a few things down in the blanks and signed his name in the fields he was required to, "Such a hassle... well, Inari, is it? Well, I can't authorize the free use of alchemy to whatever degree for you, but I have just put in a recommendation for the State Alchemist exam, it counts for one point out of the three you need to pass. If I can convince the fuhrer to put you under my jurisdiction, you'll be free to return home with your permit and I'll only call in to check on you, and only call you in if I absolutely need to talk to you or something. It's the only way you can get that permit you want."
The boy then handed back the documents and smirked.
"Well, you better apply within the next week because I'm on the committee this week, so I can get you in my jurisdiction as I'm in good favour with the Fuhrer, even though the guy uses a phone and a dummy in his place..." Alexander explained before giving you the pen as well, "I can't preform reversal alchemy, so keep the pen. So, Inari, what d'ya say to that?"

lanza walks over to al and wispers into his ear just to be an ass"um al that pose you did made you look like one mager chick only that you have no boobs...by the way are you a chick and if so then pleas tell me if im am creaping ya out X3

Forgetting all formalities, the boy turned around and stomped on Lanza's foot as hard as he could.
"WHO'RE CALLIN SO GIRLY THAT I SUIT A DRESS BETTER THAN A TUX!?!?!?" He screamed out angrily.

She looks at him an she takes a pre-made sign in her hand. “if you want so see a test of my alchemy I show you.” she touches his automail hand while she grabs the document an she uses alchemy. his hand begins to fall apart. Not only so did his hand fall apart but his cloths turn in to a girls dress witch actually made him quite cute..... inari blushed a little. “you should stay like that more often....” in a way hitting on the young state alchemist. “my alchemy deals with clothing and automail. Yours was rather cheep metals I must say." she finds this all funny.

Alexander went beat red in the face and he noticed his right automail hand fall apart and his uniform turn into a pink -WHY PINK OF ALL COLOURS!?- dress. His other automail arm (from elbow, down) clenched at the dress's side before before he scowled and sat back down on the swing before clapping his feet together and putting them on the girl's back, turning her kimono dress into a duck costume. He then smirked, poked his tongue out and clapped his feet together again where he turned the whole top half of that dress into a crappy replacement from his shattered hand and he turned the bottom into a pair of blue jeans. He then realized his mistake and before anyone could see, he covered the purple mark on his chest with his left hand and gave the two a worried look.
"You know what? I'm going to go get a shirt on, k? See ya!" He said in a rush as he ran off, grabbing a tree branch on the way and during a flip transmuted it into a sash which he tied around his chest.

Inari draws a crucial on the duck suit an made it in to a elegant ballroom dress with out the puffiness. “hmmm I need to bet getting home. there along way back to yous well..” this new dress showed her breasts a little more then her last one she was about a d cup.

Skidding to a hault in front of them, Alexander arrived with his usual military uniform on and his hands in his pocket while his spare automail hand had replaced the pink thing that was a crappy replacement. He was also wearing gloves as well. The boy scowled lightly at the two, though he was glad they didn't noticed the mark of the oroborus, of a homunculus on his chest before he sat back down on his swing.
"Ok, I admit, I look a bit more feminine than usual, big deal, it runs in the family, alright? You can't choose your genes." The boy admitted with a soft face before turning to the girl with a serious one, "Interesting dress. Now, are you going to take the state alchemist exam? Like I said before you turned my outfit into a pink dress, it's the only way you can get that permit and do alchemy whenever you want. It'll be easy."
The boy then clapped his feet together and transmuted a small knife from the ground of which he kept in hand incase they tried another clothes transmutation trick on him again. Why doesn't anyone respect him nowadays? Just because he's 14? That's not fair.

"I'm Fourteen, Vice." Al said with a scowl as he tucked his knee under his and kicked what was left of the woodchips below, as a few of the transmutations had used a fair few of them.
