My personal suggestion is to put up a hommunculus level thing for profiles. Or maybe even have a sort of leveling up for alchemists as well, it kind of gives a goal for people and makes them strive to become more active.. (I think) Feel free to trash the idea if you want.

Reason: My personal reason being, it's hard to keep track of what level everyone is on.. because some people have enough posts, they just haven't leveled up for one reason or another..

Uhmm what I mean is to have a sort of.. field on the character sheets that show level, so that we can keep track on one another
