Unexpected Duo Mission (Envy + Katie)

The two finally made it to Ishval. It took quite awhile to get there, too, from Reole.
Katie remembered earlier when they got on the train, Envy was really exausted, and he passed out right on her lap.
"Hey, En, what's the mission about anyway? I kind of forgot..." She asked him once they got off the final train.

[Alaric]

Level four, the final stage, brought the boy a new look. He highly resembled an Auregese boy as well.
Long navy hair that held a Auregese look to it (square-cut fringe, long parts of hair framing the sides of his face and a very long ponytail), tied up with a gold ribbon; Stern, feminine and strong deep violet eyes; a long black jacket-like top that held a wide collar and a white lining, sewn together in the middle over his usual top; long cuffs starting at blue ribbons on his arms hiding the most of his arms and hands, only leaving the finger tips for view, long bell bottom pants with the skirt-part of his skort hanging over them and high heel shoes met the new outfit of Envy.
The mark now lay to the left of his belly button on his exposed abdomen and it stuck out in all of it's coal-coloured glory as he sighed and smiled, materializing an umbrella and holding it over his head to shield himself from the sun.
"Just a look around, nothing too serious."

"I see..." Katie stated. It wasn't anything too serious, or too complicated.
She wondered why he asked her to come with him in the first place.
"So...is there anything specific we're looking for? Or are we just checking out the place?" She wanted at least something to do. There had to be another part of this mission.
And even if there wasn't, she felt that something was bound to happen.

[Alaric]

Envy suddenly materialized a long spear in hand left hand without even flinching before flipping in the air and stabbing it into the ground where he'd just been standing, he then materialized supports and a ladder on it, before a small deck for two people to stand up top.
Without much effort he landed on the top and calmly sat there. Though he'd never say it out loud, his evolution cost him some of his emotion, thus making him a lot more stoic than he used to be. Then again, each evolution brought a change. Maybe this was how he was supposed to be.
"You can come up, it's safe"

Katie nodded, and started climbing the latter up to the deck.
The view great!
"Wow..." She said in awe, staring.
She could tell this was for their mission, it would take forever to scout the city without a view like this. Sitting down, she quickly glanced at Envy, remembering everything in Reole.
She wouldn't admit it to him, of course, but she obviously really liked him. But she still wasn't sure how he felt about her--if the homunculous had any feelings for her at all. Well, then again, he did invite her here, didn't he? He must've at least liked her.
Sighing slightly, she turned her eyes back to Ishval.

[Alaric]

The boy then stood on the platform and materialized a massive pair of bat-like wings on his back, as if he were a demon, before grinning maliciously and flying up into the air about ten feet from where Katie sat on the podium.
"I'll just survey the area." He said before flying off in a flash and beginning to search around the area for nothing in particular. Ever since he became complete he could materialize almost anything, including extensions of his own body like wings, to his will and he's been glad to have the new ability.

Katie never knew how awesome that ability was. She wished she had it, but then, she'd probably have to be a homunculous. And she wouldn't give up her human life for that, even if it did mean eternal life and awesome powers.
She was perfectly fine with the life she had now.
She looked down again, and continued to watch. Nothing interesting was going on...

[Alaric]

It was five minutes until Envy returned, and he seemed to look more annoyed than ever as his wings turns to nothing again.
"Great, it's just an abandoned ruin site... no fun..." He growled.

Katie sighed aloud, a sign that she was agreeing with Envy.
"Although, I think we'll have to wait here all day, so we can say we at least acomplished something." Her chin was in her hands, and her elbows were resting on her knees as she stared out into the empty land.
"What else can we do?"

[Alaric]

"Hm..." Envy tapped his chin, before he put a beaming smile onto his face, "Say, wanna prank the hobos? There're a lot of 'em around here, ya know."

[Guest]

Katie giggled.
"Yeah, sure. Let's see what happens..." She smiled, and stood up. "So, what you suppose we should do?"

[Alaric]

"Ok," He began before extending the platform and materializing five buckets of pink paint, some rop and some wooden poles on it before grinning wider, "Now here's out pranking tools."

[Guest]

"What's the plan?" Katie's smile almost turned into a smirk. She usually wasn't the type to prank, but she was bored have to death! What was she supposed to do?
And plus, she thought this would be kind of funny.

[Alaric]

Suddenly Envy's arm turns into a thick long rope before he went and connected it on a building, swinging down, he then changed his arm back to normal and grinned a terrifying grin. He then transformed into a bum himself and walked off towards the group.
This was gunna be fun.

[Guest]

Katie held her hand over her mouth. She was trying not to laugh.
She could already tell that this was going to be hilarious.
She watched them carefully, wondering what Envy was going to do to them.

[Alaric]

It took five minutes, but when he arrived back into the clearing playing a flute with a bunch of bums doing a terrible version of the cancan behind him, oh gods it was hilarious. He did have the power of sound, after all.

[Guest]

Katie couldn't hold it in anymore.
She bursted out laughing.
This was hilarious!!! Envy was right, pranks are awesome! When she had the chance to prank someone, she should've done it. But, she didn't have anyone to do a prank one at that time. And she still didn't. But watching this, this was so funny!
She started to calm down, and sit down again. She watched more to see if anything else would happen.

[Alaric]

"Can can, can you do the can can? I can do the can can, and guess what you cant! ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!" Envy sang a lot one time before stopped and without warning flew up, grabs three paint cans and covered them all in pink, he then materialized white pillow feathers and covered them in that.
After landing he picked up his song again, only changing it when they all started doing the chicken dance. He was trying not to laugh himself.

Katie laughed again, only harder this time. It was impossible for her to hold this in.
Envy was a pranking master wasn't he?
She hummed along with him as he and the others sang and danced. Oh, how she wished other people were here to see this...
And she still thought that that ability was cool. It was very handy at times like these.

[Alaric]

"And bow my fellow hobos!" He called out before playing a quick tune, making them boy before the flute vanished and he grinned, while the hobos snapped back into reality and were VERY confused.
"What's going on here?!"
"WHY ARE WE COVERED IN PAINT?!"
"I look like a duck!"
"What the FUCK?!"
En kept snickering.

[Guest]

Katie whistled down at Envy, signaling him for him to come back up, trying not to laugh so loudly as she did. She gave him a wave before fully sitting back down.
"Oh, god, that was awesome!" She had to let out before he was back up there again. But he probably heard her, anyway.

[Alaric]

"Ok, hobos, off you go, otherwise I'll kill you all~~!!" He said in a sickeningly sweet sing-song voice and they all ran off, before the boy's morphed wings grew back and he landed next to the girl, losing the wings quickly and smirking, "I know."

[Guest]

"Envy, that was the best!" Katie stood up to face him. She wanted to hug him, but wouldn't that be a bit weird...?
Well, they had known each other for about a week...
Blushing, she gave him a quick hug before sitting down again, and trying to pretend to be interested with the hobos below freaking out.

[Alaric]

Envy blushed a bit, before grinning widely as their platform slowly lowered them to the ground and vanished. Smiling, he offered to help her up.

Katie nodded, taking the offer for him to help her up.
"That was awesome, and hilarious, too. I can't believe I didn't take the chance to prank someone when I could...but I still don't have anyone to prank." She giggled, still blushing a little.
