In the back... (Revel, death, closed)

[Dai/Patience]

Daigoro sighed as he patrolled the slums. THis was a boring part of town, and he knew it. Looking around, he saw no trouble whatsoever, but that was fine. He could do a little shopping while he was here. They always sold nice trinkets.

Revel had snapped. Her whole body possessed by darkness at the moment. She couldn't control herself and they always you attacked the ones closest to you when you do lose control. She jumped from the roof of a slumhouse, appearing on the ground, teleporting halfway, and instantly charged at Dai. She pulled out her dagger, her footsteps quiet as she came up to him with ease and slid the dagger up to his throat.

[Dai/Patience]

Daigoro simply blinked. It took him a couple of seconds to recognise the girl that had held a blade to his throat, but when he did, he simply sighed.

"Rvel... I hope you have a logical explanation for this..."

Revel let out a sick giggle, pushing down her hood, it wasn't Revel.. not the Revel he knew. "Ohh you're quick.." She ran her tongue along the dull of her blade and smirked sadistically.

Daigoro grimaced. This wasn't the Revel that he knew, that much was for certain. He had to stop this madness, but without hurting the girl. He sighed, and leant back, forcing his weight onto the girl, before forcing himself through her attack, and getting out of her grip with simply a cut along his left arm. He grinned, the cut wasn't deep, but it still hurt.

"Revel, snap out of it..."

Revel grinned and lunged at him again, teleporting behind him and stabbing at his back. "Bleed for me.."

[Dai/Patience]

Daigoro grinned. In all the times that he'd sparred with Revel he'd started to wise up to her teleporting ablilities, so he was prepared for any oter teleporters that might attack. He put his hands together and turned them, so that the circles co-incided. This created large swirling masses of wind, and before she could stab him, he had pulled a shield out and turned to face her, the blae still against the raging winds.

"You're still slow..."

Revel frowned obviously not pleased that this would require actual fighting. She simply smirked and teleported again, As she shifted out of view in a tree, she threw her dagger and swirled a vortex of sand into her hand creating a blacde-like bow. Her eyes flicked eerily as she stretched the string and released an arrow.

[Dai/Patience]

Daigoro's eyes widened as he noticed it. The bow. He grimaced, and threw a slice off of his shield, hoping to destroy the arrow in mid-flight. The two forces collided, and he only took a small sliver off of the attack. He grimaced as the arrow kept flying, and hit him in the left shoulder. He shouted out in pain, and went onto one knee.

With a yell, he realised that the arrow was slowly dissoling into sand. This was then getting into his wound. Great, septic. He carefully pushed himself back to his feet, and clapped hs hands together, circles co-inciding. As he slowly pulled them apart, wind began to rush into it, and became a rifle. This was the largest weapon that he coud muster on his own.

He pointed it towards the source of the arrow, and fired off a riot shot, hoping to simply knock the poor girl out.

Of course Revel was no longer in the tree, instead she had simply appeared in front of Dai. She smiled at him sadistically and leaned up, grabbing his chin, and kissing him softly. It was an unexpected act but there was that dreaded poison still lingering on her lips.

[Dai/Patience]

Daigoro grimaced as she kissed him. Her lips tasted bitter. That meant only one thing. Poison. And he was unable to combat it... He looked Revel directly in the eyes, not resisting anymore, knowing that death was but a small step away for him.

It wasn't that he had accepted death, hell, he wanted to live. But if she had gotten a hold of him, he couldn't do a thing about it, and so with that, he just.. gave up. He decided to spend his last few seconds thinking about how he could've done things better. But he couldn't think, he couldn't even breath anyore.

The man fell to his knees before the girl, and grinned. The poison was fast-acting, that was for sure. Before he went to die, he slowly began to speak. His words were raggeed, breathless. But he only needed a few more seconds.

"At... at least... I got to kiss you... before I died... You were easily... the most beautiful... woman I have ever -."

And with those last words, the man known as the Windblade Alchemist fell onto the ground, and died.

Or so they thought...

Daigoro's eyes opened a few seconds later, to see a gigantic gate before him. His eyes widened as he realised what was in front of him. No. No. No. NOOO! He stood up, defiant. He wasn't going to do it. He WASN'T going to die. Then they opened, and the hands began to reach out. They began to spread all over his body, ripping pieces of him away. It began to get into his head, he could tell it was messing with something, he was beginning to even forget HOW he had died. And he could see. He could see it all. But he didn't want to. He just wanted to leave.

He turned around, and began to pull. The arms were ripping his skin and bones away from his body, it was beginning to be extremely painful. He felt his entire soul being sucked away, but he had to finish it. He raised his head and screamed.

"NO MORE!"

All went black.
