Meeting in the Desert

"Alright, Xiaobo, you should get out of the backpack, I'm goin to fall over now." Ming said to her cat as she flopped onto her back. "I'm so hungry, I under packed waaaay too much." Ming whined as she began rummaging through her backpack while laying on her back. She was searching for food, even beef jerky, which she despised. "Grr, no food. I'm so hungry!" She whined, not caring if anyone heard. Xiaobo stood on her stomach, staring into her face. He mewed. "I know you're hungry. So am I, but there's no food!" Ming shouted at Xiaobo.

"Hungry, hm?" Envy asked with an amused smirk as he knelt next to the girl, before a chocolate bar materialized in his hand, "You like Mars Bars?"

"Oh, wow, thanks!" Ming exclaimed, sitting up. She accepted the chocolate bar and began munching on it. "My name's Ming. Ming-Yue Yao. This is Xiaobo. What's your name?" She said to the stranger while giving a little piece to Xiaobo.

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"Well look at this. A random little person in the desert?"Greed asked, strideing up from seemingly nowhere, though he had been napping....
"You here to, En?" He asked, mildly surprised. Jun spotted the cata nd let out a rat equivalant of a hiss, scurrying to hide behind Greed's neck.

"Oh, hello there. Do I know you? Oh, tell your little rat it's ok. Xiaobo doesn't eat rats. He likes chocolate, bacon, and just about everything other than rats." Ming said to Yuan.

"And just so you know, I'm not random. I'm looking for my brother, Yuan Yao." Ming said as she stood up. She was a good deal shorter that Yuan.

[Alaric]

"The name's Envy, nice to meet you- Oh, hey Greedo!" Envy said with a grin before his jaw practically dropped at she said next, he quickly stood up and pointed an accusing finger at Yuan with a look on his face saying something like 'WTF?!' "You never told me you had a sister!!"

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"I didn't know I had a sist- I have a sister?" Greed screamed, a look of pure shock on his face. "WHAT THE HELL!?!" he yelled, Jun squeaking something very much like a scream.

[Guest]

"Wait, he's Yuan? Yuan!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Ming ran and hugged Yuan, tackling him to the sand.

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"GET OFF!" he snapped, shoving Ming and jumping to his feet, brushing sand from his clothes and looking very, very ticked off. "I'm hugged enough as it is."

"Awww, but I though you were dead! I didn't know you were alive until 4 years ago!" Ming said as she stood up and brushed herself off. "Of course, I died too......."

[Alaric]

"Oh, so she's our sister as in a homunculus then." Envy said with a smile, before smirking widely and standing, a cooked chicken leg materializing in his hand, "C'mon little sister, come and get the tasty chicken leg!"

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"Wait, she's a dog now?" Greed laughed, grinning, seeming completely unfazed by this information. "But still, no hugging. I already put up with Extravagance squishing me and her... nicknames." he shuddered at the thought. "No hugging from whoever the hell you are."

"You guys are humunculi, too?! Where have you guys been my whole life?!" Ming turned and stepped on Xiaobo's tail, causing him to screech. "Oh, sorry Xiaobo, but you know you're better off in my backpack!" Ming said to the cat, tucking him back into her backpack.

[Alaric]

"I think she's Gluttony, after all she doesn't look like a 'Despair' to me..." Envy said before turning to the girl with a peace sign and a grin, his navy hair flying behind him, "Yup, I'm the homunculus of Envy and he's the homunculus of Greed, I call him Greedo Speedo or Speedoman for jokes."

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"Yes, because you so very often see in a bathing suit." Greed rolled his eyes. "But yup, Greed's the name. And this" he snatched Jun from where she hid under the collar of his shirt "is Jun." the rat squeaked a protest.

"Hi, Speedo," Ming said to Yuan, catching on to the nickname quickly. "Yeah, I'm Gluttony. Where's you guys' oroboras?"

Note: I don't know the plural of oroboras. Oroborases? Oroboras'? Whatever.

[Alaric]

((Just say Oroborae cus it sounds cool))

"Huh? You didn't notice?" Envy asked before showing her his left shoulder, the blue oroborus very evident on his skin, "I'm a level three homunculus, so that's why I've got a blue oroborus, everyone else -including you- only has red level oroborae. Where's yours?"

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

Greed said nothing, merely moved his ponytail and tugged down his shirt collar to reveal the red oroboras emblazoned on his neck.

"Oh, very cool. Mine's purple." Ming said as she untied her headband, revealing the purple oroboras on her forehead. "Lucky me, mine's in plain sight. Oh well, that's what the headband is for." She said as she retied the blue cloth around her forehead.

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"Why blue?" Greed asked with raised eyebrows.

[Guest]

"Because it is, ok?" Ming said to Yuan as she glared at him.

[Guest]

"It's my favorite color, anyhow." Ming added under her breath. "And the only of a few colors my *our* grandparents put in my room."

[Alaric]

"Oh? You must be a level 1 homunculus then, meaning you don't have your base ability yet." Envy said with a blink, before pulling a red stone and offering it to her, "Here, it's my last one and it'll be enough to level you up to red-level, so you can heal nice and fast, as well as do that acid-munch thing Gluttony does."

[Yuan Yao/ Greed]

"Acid-mnch? Best wording you could think of?" Yuan asked with a grin. "And I don't have grandparents." Yuan added with s frown.
