"Realize what?" Yuan asked, pulling a kankerchief from his pocket and wipeing the blood from Revel's chin before discarding the now stained cloth and wrappinh his arms around her.

Revel sniffed and closed her eyes. "I.. couldn't fight back.. I had already..." she stopped herself, not wanting to worry Yuan further, "Anyways, what's for supper, meus cara?"

"I'm not sure. Most likely some form of fish, poultry rice, fruits, vegetables, water, wine, juices and some form of desert." Yuan shrugged.

Yuan grinned a bit. "Any rooms you'd like to see before the cooks drag us off to dinner?" he asked in a slightly jokeing tone.

"Do you want to?" was Yuan's answer. Of course, he hadn't planned for Revel to spend the night, but the guest rooms were always prepared for guests.

Yuan slowly took a shaky breath. "Why would you want to stay in here with me? There are other rooms I'm sure you'd find more... sitting to your tastes." Really, he just said that to keep away several perverted thoughts he had in mind.... He had never noticed how sick his mind was.

Revel moved onto her belly and looked up at him, smiling playfully, "Aww but I get lonely.. and I've had a lot of nightmares lately. Darky let me sleep with himmm." She looked up at him, resting her chin in her palms. Of course Dark was more of an older brother to her... and took up most of the bed....

"It would be." Yuan nodded as a cook's voice yelled that dinner was served in the main dineing room. "Coming?" Yuan asked, standing upas Jun scrambled to follow him.

Yuan grinned and led the way out through the sitting room and down many elebaoratecorridors until he went to a hallway ending with a pair of large silver door with ornate carvings.

Revel fell behind a few times, caught in the midst of the wonder around her. "Your palace is bigger than my whole village!" She whispered at him, walking by his side again, nervously, "How do you never get lost?"

I've lived here a good chunk of my life. you learn your waya round, just liike a town." he answered, pushing the doors open onto a buetiful dineing hall. It was bigger than his bedroom and sitting room combined with a long dark colored dineing table covered in a red tablecloth. Gold chandeliers hung from the ceiling and the walls were fainted a soft gold color. Portraits of emporers past hung on the walls and the wall to the left of the doors held a very large family portrait of Ming and Yuan, aged three, sitting with their parents, grandparents and great-grandparents. Large soft chairs were arranged around the table.Crystal glasses sat near finely crafted plates and black linen napkins. A door in the back of the room opened on a kitchen and a pair of curly tailed dogs lay quietly on either side of the door like sentries. Yuan's advisors stood near their chairs and bowed to him in greeting.

Revel looked around nervously, slightly overwhelmed. She'd never seen a place so strange and wonderful, not evenher dreams permitted it. The closest thing to compare was at dusk when the colors of the sun fading from the desert illuminated the colorful glass portraits along the windows and cielings of the church. That was a priceless beauty, but this was.. beyond anything she could even imagine. For once, Revel was tongue tied, unsure of what to say, managing only a "Wow.."

Yuan just grinned and grabbed Revel's hand lightly. he led the way, looking dignified, to his seat at the head of the table, an empty chair set next to his for Revel. "Be seated." he told his advisors in a loud, clear voice. A good deal of the table sat empty. The doors opened again and the two dogs jumped to attention, snarling briefly before seeing it was merely a few gaurds late to their dinner in the kitchen. Cooks came out, carrying many trays of food wich were set out on the table to be eaten at will.
