Giotto is 6'0 even and weaights 175 pounds. He wears normal style clothing starting with black shoes and regular black jeans with a belt that has a holder on the back right side of it. He wears a long sleeved yellow button up shirt with a short sleeved zip up jacket, that is black and white, on his upper body. He has blonde spikey styled hair with crystal blue eyes and a perfect skin tone. He wears a small ring on his left pinky and a small ear ring inhis left ear. He wears a scarf thathas about five transmutation circle onthe inside of it.

Giotto is rather calm, relaxed, and collect in his state of mind, but he is rather cocky. Giotto flirts with about every girl he can get his hands on, or lay eyes on for that matter. So, he usually goes for the girls he can't have. He has that bad guy or person aura. He usually gets what he wants from the girl of his choosing, but leaves her in the dust to think about her cheating life afterward. So, some call him a heart breaker. Others call him a misunderstood man and a damn sexy one at that. Yet, when he fights he losses all fun, nice, and other happy traits about him. he basically get compeltely serious adn fights ful out no matter what the fight is over. So, he is basically called a devil when i battle, but other then that he is a really unique guy.

Skills: Gio has unbelievable skills in Alchemy. He was one of the Youngest State Alchemist so far. He rose through the Amry ranks to Brigadier General and is the Youngest to do so in a very long time. He is a master in hand-to-hand combat along ith uses a sword of any type. Gio like to mix hi Alchemy abilities with his hand-to-hand combat to create a deadly martial art that uses his alchemy powers to exploded anything he touches.
Weapons: Advanced Alchemy/Swords
Transportation: Mixes it up between walking and flying. Yet, he likes to fly a lot more.
Special Item: The scarf around s neack. The scarf is actually a sealing item used to keep all the souls of everyone he kills with Alchemy. The Scarf also makes basically young forever as he uses the Souls energy to keep his body young. There are about five or six Transmutation circles on the inside of his scarf. If he loses the scarf now. the effects will be minor, but if he keep up this way of life for the next 100 years. Even being away for the scarf for a minute will age his body at least 20 or 30 years.
Family: Gio doesn't really know what family he has left. He ahs two brothers, and both of his parents are dead. he doesn't know if his brothers are alive. Yet, he thinks of Koji Black as a brother ever since they grew up together.
History:
~Bith/Childhood~
Giotto was born in Ishval in a rahter large mansion. His father was a world class Alchemist that was constantly doing research. Giotto was the youngest of two brothers. So, he was constantly looked after by his brothers. YEt, they were a lot older then him and left to join teh army when Giotto was at the age of five or six. Yet, he began to hang out with another young kid on the block, which would become one of his best freinds. So, when Giotto wasn't spending time with his new found freind, Koji Black, he was studying Alchemy withhis father. Giotto dream was to become a famous State alchmist someday. Yet, his fahter keep knocking down that dream and trying to get him to replace the dream with something else. Yet, Giotto was very stubborn at that age. He refused. So, the war finally cam eto his town adn they kille dhis father and mother right befor his eyes at the age of 16. Giotto was completely shocked. Yet, he made it out alive nad went to be a State Alchemist.
~State Alchemist/Rising through the Ranks of the Army~
Giotto was very good at Alchemy for a number of different reasons. The main reason was his father taught him all about it and Giotto was good at it. Giotto was soon accepted as a State Alchemist, and give the name of The Exploding Touch Alchemist. This was due to his art of Alchemy, which was kinda like The Red Lotus Alchemist who could change anything he touched into a bomb, but Giotto's version was much better. Giotto could change anything he touched into a bomb yes, but he could limit or increase the range of this bomb. Lets say for example he touched your forhead. He could make the shape of the area that turned into a bomb in a G to represent his name, or he could make your eyes be the thing that only change. He could do an unlmited amount of things with his abilities. he quickly rose through teh ranks of the Army and becam ethe youngest one to become every rank up to Brigadier General, but he was soon out done by a younger kid would became Colonel shortly after Giotto left.
~Leaving to find his Closest Freind~
Soo after becoming Brigadier General Giotto, he was sent around a lot for various leadership roles. Yet, he received a Pocketwatch in hte mail that was kind alike the State Alchemists, but had a different symbol on it. The Package cam eiwth a note from his closest freind about where he was and what he was doing. Giotto soon fled the place and went in search of his closest freind, who he thought of as a brother. Giotto was chased after by the army, but that was soon stopped after so many were killed by his very hands. Now, Giotto searchs for his so-called- Brother so he can join him once again.

- Well, how time flew when your fighting against the people who hate you. Giotto was the Leader of the little group of Superhumans called The Yokai. He was busy killing low level hollows and such as he awaited more superhumans to return or show themselves again, but he didn't know if they would regroup. Giotto had been worried and needed another blood bath to take place. That is excatly what brought him out of his Mansion to Karakura Town on this day. He was there to kill some hollows that were scouting the area.
So, Giotto was out in his normal outfit. Giotto looked like any normal 19 or 20 year old man. Giotto's outfit was a normal pair of black jeans, a Crimson colored red shirt with a black leather jacket with black fur around the collar. Yet, one thing that wasn't like normal was he was wearing black shoes instead of going barefoot. His Deep pink eyes were glancing around looking for what he was after, but none came into view. So, Giotto shook his pure white hair, that easily matched the color of freshly fallen snow, out of his eyes and activated his ability. Giotto pulled out one of the many Scalpels that were hidden all over his body and raced down the back allys ofthe city. He finaly sensed a small unit of hollows that were close. He quickly locked onto their Signals and completely blocked out the others, which might have been a bad idea.
Giotto's Reshi was about at a Lts. level, but felt completely like a Shinigami's would. That was one of the Various things his ability did fo him along with making his Reflexes and Speed unbelieveable. Yet, he closed in on the Unit of hollow rather quickly. So, he pulled out a couple more scalpels and charged them with his reshi. He came over the top of a roof, and threw each of the scalpels at the Low level hollows. The scalpels hit the hollows right on their mask, and suddenly exploded shattering their masks and making them disappear. Giotto landed softly as they disappeared into a black mist of sorts, and looked around. He had landed in the middle of a bunch of people.
Great....... They were all looking at him like he was dumb or something. He simply smiled and began to walk away. Until, he spotted a Girl slam into a older looking man. Giotto stopped and quickly began to his his High-Spec ability; One was a Shinigami. Giotto clenched his teeth, but leaned up against a building looking over at the two to see wht would go down. Yet, Giotto had forgotten to turn off his ability. So, he was still pusling out Lt. level reshi signals that felt like a shinigami's. So, he leaned against the wall until the group saw him, which they should. since, Giotto was a complete idiot on this one and forgot to deactivate his ability.

I like your character so far, and I cant wait for you to complete it. It would be nice for someone to be in superior rank to Alexander >Youngest Colonel Ever on Record< so it would be nice. You can register your rank in the rank registration section, for state alchemist/brigadier general I mean. I can't wait until you finish listing your family and your personal history so I can approve the guy. ^.^
