Darkamaru had been trudging through the desert for hours now... If it weren't for Malice's keen smell, he would have never found food or water... " Well... At least it's warm...: He sighed, realizing that he had expected the winged fox to answer him. He was disturbed from his thoughts, however, by two people talking just about 30 meters away. He ducked behind a sand dune, avoiding their sight, and used the shadows of the various sand dunes to listen in on the conversation. Before he walked towards them, he had to know who they were...

(xD sorry if i am interrupting anything. ^^ i just felt like posting in some RP and this one caught my interest...)

Jun sqeaked and glanced around, looking fearful and suspicious. "Jumpy today, aren't we?" Yuan asked the rat tilting his head, making his black bangs flop into his dark eyes. He scowled, brushing them away roughly with his hand. "Stupid hair." he hissed.

Tobi glanced at the rat and then out into the desert. He didn't see anyone, so decided to explain about the heat instead. "Why the Hell is it so hot?!?" He yelled, kicking the sand.

Seeing that they hadn't noticed him, he decided to move a bit closer. He inched his way closer until he was about 5 meters away. He had to silently hush Malice who kept making noise. "dumb fox..." he thought to himself. Now that he was loser, he had a better view of them and called off his shadow since he could simply listen.

Yuan turned to look around. He had heard something... "It's a desert. Desert's are supposed to be hot. But the temperrature drops below freezing at night." Yuan pointed out camly.

Knowing that Malice had nearly gotten him caught, he quietly scolded the winged fox." No, bad Malice...Be quiet and you can have chickens for supper..." Not trusting his pet, he used his shadow to hold malice's mouth closed so he could listen. Unfortunately, this made Malice start flapping his wings rapidly, and making a general chaotic racket."No! Bad Malice!" he whispered, hoping they hadn't noticed.

"Great job, Malice!" he whispered. "Now they heard us! Well, start flapping again. I have an idea." He then had the dune's shadow explode into a flock of birds, all made of shadows. "I hope this works..."

Darkamaru let out a loud yelp when his shadow birds spun out of control and not only attacked the people he was watching, but himself. When he managed to get them to disappear, he held his hands in the air, embarrassed, while Malice whimpered next to his master. "Hello...I'm Darkamaru..."

Darkamaru cocked his head in a bit of mild surprise. "The Whiteice Alchemist? For reals? An honor to meet you sir." He said it in his best respectful voice possible even though now he was worried that the guy would notice he was quite obviously, a Humunculus. Malice began whining and he remembered that he had the little pain next to him. "Oh, and this is my pet, Malice. He's a chimera, but since thats alchemy you could have known that first thing. Hehe." Darkamaru smiled again, still hoping the alchemist wouldn't notice the tattoo on his left wrist.

Darkamaru literally jumped and gulped before holding his hands up as if he were a wanted criminal caught by the police. "Don't hurt me! Eep...I'm not evil or nothin, I'm just walking around here, trying to find my way out..." He smiled again but now he was sweating a lot, both from the heat and the fact that WhiteICE didn't exactly make him so comfortable. Actually, any alchemist that finds out who I am is bad news for me...But why ice! He mentally face-palmed himself. Gosh, I need to get over that ice fear...It's going to be the death of me...again.

Darkamaru relaxed a bit, calming down." I'm on the side of the people who don't care what side they're o, I guess... I'm not really with the Homunculi nor am I on the side of the State. I'm basically neutral. And, further so, I actually don't like fighting much. Now, who's side are YOU on?" Darkamaru figured he would say the State's side but he felt the need to ask anyways. He reached into his back pocket and pulled out a strip of bacon, somewhat raw but still bacon, and fed it to the fox chimera. Malice growled lightly and ate his food, fluttering his large wings.
