Darkamaru shook his head. "No clue...Malice couldn't even spot them from the air... But I know they're still here because I could see smoke a while back and I know that the driver is a smoker...Actually, I figured you could try using alchemy to find them..." He grinned nervously again. He knew this guy was good and wouldn't hurt him but he had never been too fortunate...

Well it's nice to meet you to." he frowned, looking far from pleased. This guy was a humunculus, a full one... unlike himself.... He silently hoped this Darkamaru wouldn't recognize him as the one and only prince of Xing, though few did.

He swatted at the fox which had begun flying around Yuan and snapping at the rat Yuan had with him." Stop that you little bug! Bad Malice! Hehe, sorry about that Yuan... Malice isn't that bright..."

"No need to apoligize, Jun is the kind of animal that would make a good snack." Yuan shrugged with a look of blankness. "How'd you get lost anyway? I've met a a caravan or two and everyone seems like they try to stay close to each other?" Yuan asked with mild intrest.

Darkamaru sighed. "Malice and me went hunting because he got hungry and the chef yelled at us last time when he ate the pot roast...ALL of the pot roasts. But, when they get ready to set off, they don't pay attention to missing people... Hehe, actually, thats the reason I am a homunculus but I don't want to bore you guys with that story." He paused for a few seconds and then stared at Yuan. "Wait, did you say your rat would be a tasty snack..." How strange...

"Yeah, I mean for animals." he laughed. "No matter where I go, just about everything trys to eat her, and she usually windes up hiding in my pocket and eltting the animals attack me." his face went blank, a small frown on his face.

"Ah..." Darkamaru smiled to himself. Hmmm...Not a full one. That means he isn't controlled yet. Perhaps later if our paths cross alone, I could convince him to join me in my goal. But I don't think I should mention it in front of Tobi...No, As of now, I'm the only bearer of the secret.

"Well, guys, I must be off. Hope that we meet again. I kinda like you two." He grinned and then, Malice's wings exploded outwards until they were at an 8 foot wingspan. Darkamaru sat on the right wing and the fox chimera exploded off the ground, soaring oover the desert into some other country...
