Takegami walked with Ilona back into the dining room slowly, still holding her hand. The servants suddenly stared at them and their eyes widened in shock. Takegami pulled Ilona's seat out for her and smiled kindly.

"Please..."

She seat down on her chair, smiling so much her mother questioned her. But Ilona ignored her questions as she didn't know how to answer them..Maybe Takegami could...Even since she came back home, Ilona's smile never looked real until now and all the servants looked at her, hoping for an answer..

Takegami just sat there eating his salad slowly with a smile. Whispers and looks were passed around, and the servants all couldn't help but act excited. Elizabeth was over there questioning Ilona, but Takegami decided it was not his business to tell, so he left that job to Ilona.

"You see mother..Takegami here is actually husband."She heard gasps from the servants, and of course, from her mother. Then a boom of questions bombarded her like: Is it is his child? When did the relationship start? And so forth and so on. Ilona simply smiled as she couldn't answer them all..Then...

Takegami simply picked at his salad, listening to the questions come at them one after another. He sighed slightly and nodded his head slowly to the few questions he could catch. He yawned and then bit into the lettuce on his fork.

She feel a sharp pain and couldn't resist the urge to scream. The servants started gathering around, her mother ordered the servants to give Ilona some room and for her ladies in waitings to take her to her room while calling the midwife over. Ilona couldn't stop screaming in pain, it was too much to bear...

Takegami quickly ran over to her when he heard the first sound of her screaming in pain. He rushed over and helped her up and carried her up to her room with the held of the firstladies. He kept trying to comfort her by telling her to breathe and that everything would be fine.

The servants escorted Takegami out of her room as women were only allowed inside. Ilona's screams hasn't stopped and everything and everyone around her started blurring, she didn't know what was what anymore but the pain until..

Takegami paced the hallway back and forth, praying and thinking of what will do. He sighed and tried to think of what was going on behind the closed doors... but then again that might have just made matters worse for him.

"What's going to happen?"

Ilona heard a cry. An infants cry. She heard the midwife saying it's a boy and slowly sat up and watched the ladies in waiting cleaning the blood off him and warping him in a blanket, nice and snug. Ilona cradled him in her arms: the baby had fine black hair like his father but he has yet to open his eyes..

Takegami sat outside, running his hand through his hair trying to get a grip over the situation. Then he heard a faint crying sound, and quickly jumped to his feet. He was about to burst through the door, but kept himself stable, and waited outside.

A young lady in waiting opened the door and told Takegami that he can come in. Ilona cooed and cooed to her son while breast feeding him. Instinct told her to protect her son no matter what, to shield him from sadness and above all: make him happy. Her skin became pale but childbirth made a skin glow and made her even more beautiful to some people's eyes..

Takegami walked inside slowly, and saw his son and Ilona in the bed. He smiled warmly and walked over and kneeled on the ground next to them both. He placed his hand on Ilona's forehead, and then stroked his sons head with his other hand.

"Are you alright?"

"Yeah, I'm alright..."She said smiling. Ilona wanted her son to open his eyes but she would have to wait..I wonder what colour they will be...
"How about the name Matthias? After my father hm..?

Takegami simply laughed and nodded slightly. He then retracted his hands and thought about what the boy would look like when he was older. He sighed slightly, and then wondered when his eyes would finally open.

Ilona nuzzled Matthias's raven black hair, making him giggle. He then slowly opened his eyes. The left eye was steel grey like Ilona's and the right eye was crimson red like Takegami's. Ilona summed her little son in one word: Beautiful.
"Hey little guy..I'm your mom.."She said with a little smile.

When the child opened his eyes, Takegami smiled. He had a steel grey eye and a crimson red eye, showing that he had a rare gene in him. This made the boy special, and all the more reason to become his heir. He looked at the boy, who seemed to be trying to adapt to the new area.

"He's beautiful..."

[Guest]

"Sure is, I bet he'll look like you when he grows up."She said, giggling. She lay herself and Matthias down, her tiredness catching up to her. Ilona watched her son taking in the enviroment around them, as if noting which one is which. Then she dozed to sleep.

Takegami kissed them both on the forehead, and then walked outside and sat down. Elizabeth walked into the room, and shut the door behind her, proabbly to see the baby. Takegami crossed his legs femininely, wondering about what Ilona said. Maybe, the boy would look like him once it got older.

The servants place her son in a crib next to her. Being overprotective as she is, Ilona attached a braclet purely of bells on her son, just case. Ilona checked the time on the golden poket watch: midnight. Her son hasn't cried much yet but all he did was smile. A fact that she was glad for. Ilona tip toed and opened her bedroom door to find Takegami sitting in the hallway.

Takegami looked up to see Ilona creeping out of the room. He quickly stood up and grabbed her, making sure she didn't trip or fall.

"You shouldn't be up at all."

[Guest]

Ilona simply smiled and leaned on Takegami.
"Oh I'm fine, don't worry.."She said, notcing that she was holding her IV stand all along. Habit I guess."Besides..I haven't seen for for a long time..."

Takegami smiled and nodded slightly, seeing her point. Even though he wanted to be able to be with her, he still ushered her back into the room.

"I understand, but your health should come first. Then me."

[Guest]

She sighs and walks back inside bu still holding Takegami's hand.
"At least sleep with me will you? Just you beside me would be enough.."Ilona says, giving a cute smile that she is sure that he will not resist.

Takegami tried to resist, but gave in and walked over to her. He kissed her lightly, and pulled the sheets back for her to lay down.

"Fine, as long as you don't get up and walk around so early."
