The final battle

Takegami walked into the middle of the frozen wasteland with a cold smile on his face. An army of civilians stood before him with weaponry held tightly in their hands. Takegami's cold, azure eyes seemed to show no emotion, and his smile was covered in the sense of bloodlust. His hands were covered and hidden by leather gloves, and he wore black leather pants and a black, tight t-shirt. His long black hair seemed to lift gently in the wind, but that ended as he slowly drew his blade from its sheath. Within a few seconds, he was in the center of the group of people, and bodies dropped instantly, wounds from his blade left behind a sea of blood. He laughed gently and began slashing hroug them one after another, after images appearing after each move he made. Soon, it seemed as if there were hundreds of him slashing through one civilian after another. Their bullets missed their shots, and their blades were way to slow to even hit the after image.

"Come out, my sweet child..."

From behind Take, a pale child's hand moved slightly up. A massive pine forest erupted from beneath Take's feet. Darkamaru, donning the robes of the Roy De Ryaume of Frostdeath appeared, standing alone. He moved his hand left, then right. Vines shot out, entangling Takegami. Then, his piece de resistance`, he jerked both hands wildly behind him, making a massive shadow explosion in front of him. "Hello, Takegami... Prepare to die."

The trees shot up through Takegami, but he faded away as if a ghost. Darkamaru had hit one of Takegami's many mirages. He continued to run around his child, Darkamaru, leaving one mirage after another. He suddenly appeared right infront of Darkamaru, bearing that fanged, devilish smirk of his. He simply chuckled and vanished with untraceble speed once more. Suddenly, all of the mirages faded, and Takegami was hiding in his own shadow world. He had learned much from Dakamaru's famous style and powers, but he could make them just as strong as his. Takegami spoke, however, his voice echoed from all over.

"You are still too rash, my child..."

Suddenly, rose petals rained down on the earth from above them, and in the strong snow storm, three new figures appeared before him. The first wore a state alchemist uniform, and had long blonde hair; The second had an all green changbao on, and had blonde and black hair, he was also rather short; Lastly was the figure of a man with long red hair and red glowing eyes. Who were these three figures? They were the people whom the world feared the most. Reita Setsu, Rei Setsu, and Reila Setsu. These people were all connected to Takegami, but how?

"Embrace death, you imbecile..."

Darkamaru watched them appear in mild surprise. But he didn't mind them very much. "Reita, Rei, Reila. They died. So?" He then waved his hand, mimicing Reita's signature move. As Take and Reita had learned from him, he had likewise done so. Rose petals rained from the sky before detonating, wiping out everything in the surrounding 2 mile radius. Darkamaru was unaffected. As a level 4 homunculus, he was almost invincible, not to mention immortal. It would be very near impossible to kill him. Then, mimicing Takegami's move, he likewise did such. Three shadows formed, taking on human appearances. They were clones of three people he knew oh too well, that Takegami did not. Kayami, the Acid Alchemist and his longtime friend. Jay, mercenary for hire, and his client. Slink, lizard chimera, and Jay's partner whom Daerk had met on several occasions. He then disappeared int his shadow world. Kayami moved her hand, firing a blast of lighting forward, as Jay opened fire with her minigun. Slink moved forward, at a high speed, and slashed out at Rei with his claws. Dark's clones were oh too real.

Clones? That was a pathetic attempt to copy what was too real for Darkamaru to imagine. one would think they are clones, but there was something far diffrent about these three figures. Reita, who simply waved back and smiled gently snapped her fingers, causing the flowers to detonate at the sametime as Darkamaru, causing the after blast to blast back at him. Then, whit a graceful swipe of his hand, he snapped his fingers again, causing the gravity around the three clones to suddenly increase. Next was Rei, who punched the ground, and suddenly caused it to shatter beeath Darkamaru's clones. This shift in earth should have left them floating in the air, making plenty of time for Reila to act upon his own. Using gravity, once more, he shifted the area around them, and before they could even think about blinking, lava erupted from beneath them.

He wasn't sure it would be a direct hit, but no matter what they did, they would soon be dead. He had altered the gravity for a reason, but would the clones figure it out?

Dark's clones hit the lava. They all died... Or did they? No, they reformed almost instantly. Then, they exploded into rose thorns, blasting Take's clones full force. Then, if that wasn't a hard enough attack, Darkamaru had returned. But not in the way he normally would. No, instead, the ground and snow and everything else turned black. A single massive, crimson eye appeared in the center. "It is time." he aid, telepathically. Takegami's clones began sinking into DDarkamaru's true form. He was absorbing them and their abilities. Escape was near impossible. Then, a hail of comets shot down. Darkamaru had caused the darkness of space to solidify, causing comets to redirect themselves. He made shadow shields protect them from the atmosphere and they struck down, blasting massive craters into the ground, wiping out anything Takegami could have attacked with.

The three figures simply smirked when they saw the huge comet, and the next thing would probably surprise Darkamaru. Despite his ability, the three figures stood upon him, not even beig affected. But why? The air around them became wavy, and suddenly, to Darkamaru's dismay, the comets vanished and so did the ground. The three figures began to mumble indistinctly, and finally Takegami appeared. Darkamaru fell right into their trap. He was in Takegami's shadow realm, the one he created through his own gravity and space techniques.

He slowly appeared from the darkness, but he seemed to be stading in the air. He smiled as suddenly, a large comet came crashig down at high speeds towards Darkamaru. Unfortunately for the homunculus, this was only the beginning.

Darkamaru smirked and merely held out a hand. The comet struck it and, not even his automail arm, the comet exploded into shards of rock. "You forget. I'm level four. You're nothing now. Before, you could have killed me like a bug. But now, you can do nothing. It's over." So saying, shadows ripped from the ground, literally tearing at the area surrounding them, tearing away Takegami's dimension, reforming Frostdeath. Then, Darkamaru raised an arm. Far away, in Eikyuu Gaika, trees were ripping the ground away, causing destruction and widespread chaos. "This is what I think of your nation." Several trees, moving at the speed of sound, appeared there and crashed forward at Takegami.

Takegami simply smirked as the whirling shadows ripped away at nothing, for they were also under Takegami's control. His dimension was far diffrent from Darkamaru's. He simply sighed, and suddenly the air around them began to thicken, and it became beyond humid in the area. The trees all spiraled at him, however, he simply stuck his hand out infront of him and opened his palm. A black hole appeared right where his hand was, absorbing the trees, before it finally vanished. The island, itself, began to reform as the particles pulled themselves back together at a high rate of speed. Takegami suddenly appeared behind Darkamaru, and chuckled. He enjoyed toying with the child.

"I'm sorry, i just like to play with my food before i eat it..."

Darkamaru then smirked. Bingo. He stomped and immediately the world exploded into a massive cactus, crushing the both of them. Dark was a homunculus, and a finished one at that, but Takegami was merely human. Then, he yawned. "Your efforts are futile. Stall all you want. You WILL die for me. And when you do, I will storm each country under your control and expand the area of Frostdeath. He then slashed his fingers through the air of this dimension, forcing himself out, into his own dimension. Then, into the normal world again. takegami could do nothing BUT stall. Darkamaru had already gone through extreme measures. His automail was indestructible now. His mark. Unaccessable. He couldn't be killed unless Takegami managed to end every last one of his lives. Then, ignoring his taste buds, he swallowed several red stones, restoring any lives already lost.

Takegami simply smirked for the cactus was ripped to pieces upon entering his dimenson. Unfortunately for Darkamaru, leaving this dimension isn't that easy. What Darkamaru thought was the normal world, was still Takegami's dimension. Darkamaru was stuck in a never ending world, no, universe. Takegami simply walked out of the heavy snow storm before Darkamaru and laughed before he snapped his fingers. Shadows began to swirl around them, and Takegami soon began to fade.

"Try harder..."

He smirked and this time, sighed. "As you wish. You are only harming yourself." He then reached out with his plant abilities, reaching into the outside world. He again caused plants in Eikyuu Gaika to move, this time though, it caused the island to be torn away from it's base, pull off of the continental plates, and he pulled it through his dimensional portal, opening said portal in Take's world, firing the massive nation at Takegami while he faded away. When he did fade away, however, Darkamaru simply pulled the plants up again and held the entire nation over his head. If Takegami showed his face here, he would be on the recieving end of an entire nation, being hurled at him.

The entire nation floated above Darkamaru's head, but soon vanished within seconds. The island dissolved into small particles and became invisible. Unfortunately for Darkamaru, this would be his end. With each breath he took, he was breathing in a poison that would not only stun him for a extended period of time, but also kill his organs inside of his body over and over. Takegami didn't even have to try to beat his opponent. Suddenlt, the three figures appeared once more, ad shot shadow spikes into Darkamaru repeatedly. Unfortunately for him, his portal couldn't be formed in Takegami's world, thanks to his shift in this world. He had finally created a universe, in which his rule was absolute.

Darkamaru smirked now. He had known what had come. He was breathing in poison but this would be over. He smirked now. "Fool." Then, he melted into rose petals, which exploded with the strength of ten supernovas. He had then from the real world, which he had finally accessed, he swallowed more red stones, then, with extreme pain, tore his very organs from his body, thus destroying the effects of the poison. They regenerated almost instantly along with his torn flesh. Then, Malice flew in, protected by an orb of shadow energy. Darkamaru stepped into the orb and Malice flew him high into the air. Then, billions, upon billions of rose petals rained down, exploding with the force of several A-bombs. Takegami would be dead, or at the minimum severely injured. Even his universe was not invincible. Nothing was.

Ufortunately, once more, for Darkamaru, his plans were futile. As he ripped his organs out, the poison continued to spread through his body. And to make matters worse, Takegami had opened his palm, once more, revealing the black hole and absorbed the flower petals and sighed. Then, to the dismay of Darkamaru, Malice looked at him and smiled before exploding. Takegami simply chuckled as he had won, but his foolish son could not accept that. He vanished into the air, and suddenly, several shadow tendrils came drilling at Darkamaru. His plans were futile, and his pathetic attempts to live, were just not good enough. Too bad, Takegami was hoping for a challenge.

Darkamaru saw Malice explode. He was in complete shock. Then rage. Unstoppable rage. He screamed and in seconds, everything for a 200 miles radius was coated in rose petals. They exploded, leveling anything in it's path. Then, he rose on a massive tree trunk. With all his power, he located Takegami with his shadow and forced him to appear there, in front of him. They were now far beyond the moon, even the solar system. Darkamaru didn't need to breathe, since he could live no matter what, as long as he could regenerate. Then, with shadow force, he reached out and grabbed the 5 nearest stars, pulling them in, having them smash into Takegami and himself. Then, he crushed them with his shadows, causing a massive chain of supernovas. Nothing would survive. That was the purpose of going into space. Then, he unsheathed his shatterpoint sword, using his shadow to make it beyond the highest density, then he began rapidly slashing at Takegami. He would murder him.

Takegami smirked as the stars came crashing towards him. He vanished and appeared before Darkamaru, and kissed him passionately before he faded into tiny particles. The stars came crashing behind Darkamaru, however, Takegami stood unharmed. The explosions themselves weren't even coming within a fifty meter radius of him. He smirked before finally snapping his fingers and causing the air around them to change to carbon. He knew Darkamaru didn't need to breathe, but he did need to have some way to protect himself. With another snap, his fingers sparked, and suddenly fire enflamed around Darkamaru, and unfortunately for him, he had breathed in a poison which used gunpoder and contained large sums of carbon. The flames would surely enflame within him, and explode once it reacted with the gunpowder.

One would wonder how he wasn't harmed... well, simple, he warped the gravity around him to force anything within fifty meters of him to simply enter only to lose enough air to cause any damage. And to make matters worse, he had surrounded himself with a warp like gravity substace that ripped away at gravity, causing everything to warp to a diffrent destination, almost like a black hole that didn't suck in anything unless it came at it.

"Atleast you tried..."

Darkamaru was obliterated by the explosion. His ashen remains fells from the sky... Immediatly before they exploded into a brilliant flash of white, demolishing everything. Nothing survived. If they had been on the rim of the milky way, the entire galaxy would have been completely destroyed. Fortunately, they were far from there. And, this explosion had the highest density of any known thing in the universe, so it easily broke through Takegami's defense. But, unbeknownst to him, his automail limb, supercharged by it's high density, fell from the sky. He instantly regenerated, as his mark was protected by the automail. He then glared at Take and smirked. "Bye." He pointed to him, and within Takegami's brain, reached out for the hollow parts within his skull. He violently tore that away, thus in short, destroying a piece of Takegami's skull, exposing his brain.

Takegami's head reformed and he smiled before he faded away. Suddenly, everything melted, and Darkamaru was pinned to the ground by a large number of homunculi soldiers. Suddenly, four black holes began sucking away at everything, and a black flame engulfed around and over them. These flames would turn everything to ash. FrostDeath was breaking apart and being absorbed into the blackholes, hopefully taking Darkamaru with them. He had no way to escape, for everywhere he would turn, there was a blackhole. This was the end of the line for Darkamaru.

"Maybe in the next life..."

Darkamaru smiled. He swallowed the last of the red stones he had with him, giving him around a thousand or so more lives, as he had been carrying many. He then relaxed, not trying to escape. Then, with as much strength as he had, he blasted the soldiers off of him, and ran into the center of the black hole to his left. His body survived the gravity due to his many lives, then he ripped a hole in it, escaping to his dimension. Unbeknownst to Takegami, he escaped, laving a clone of himself there, to make it seem as if he had died. The clone was realistic, and would fool even Take. Then, making a solemn salute to his destroyed nation, he discreetly returned to New Optain, his refuge.
