Takegami pulled his blade away from Genji, and he turned around following the group once more. He could smell blood, fresh blood, near them, and could hear the sound of some sort of groaning, almost as if something was... starving. He held onto his blade a little more tightly, and prepared for any random attacks from whatever they were looking for.

"Then use your nose, and maybe then you'll know when it attacks."

Takegami kept walking, still hearing the groaning sound, before looking back at Genji out of the corner of his eye.

"Keep up kid."

She drew her needles, all of them as long as her forearm. Ilona responsed to the scent of blood and groaning in fear but her composure did not show it.

Genji shoke the colonels hand. Genji keep his gun in his left hand he could feel some sort of presense in the sewers somewhere it made him claspe his gun harder, Genji noticed a women with and IV stand he bearly look older than he was maybe a few years, he didnt understand the reason for the IV stand so he did ask.

Genji heard takegami to tell him to keep up but kid was a little disrespectful, but Genji knew he was an emperor so he let it slide. As Genji walked faster but keep quite as much as possible. But Genji had a li'l something on his mind after seeing Takegami's eyes philosopher's stone, Genji oh so wanted one but he keep it secret form everyone else, Genji had he gun in his left hand waiting for anything.

Malice suddenly started yapping and running around in a frenzy. When he ran by a tunnel, a large paw swiped out at him and a loud growl erupted from the tunnel before footsteps were heard running down it. Darkamaru immediately flicked his left leg up as well and pulled a katana from his back, ready for combat. "Found it."

Takegami's crimson red eyes slowly began to glow, from beneath the hood, and his blade seemed to have grown longer. He figured it was almost time for his special weapon to be drawn, but first he'd need to see what they were up against. He simply stood at the rear of the unit, his left hand holding his blade, and his right hand holding his gun.

"This should be... interesting."

Ilona threw the needles at the paw, hearing it yelp in pain. She moved onto faster speed that seems plausible for a person of her condition. Not wanting it to get away, Ilona ran into the darkness towards the target.

Darkamaru holstered his .44's seeing as he wouldn't want to miss with them, and instead unsheathed his other katana. Grinning, he slammed the two katan's handles together, using his plant control to fuse the wood, forming a double-blade katana staff. He then held it in one hand and did the same with his four rapiers to make a giant rapier shuriken in one hand and a double bladed sword in the other. connecting his shuriken to his wrist with a vine, he chased after the beast as well, catching up to Ilona.

Ilona then did not hesitate to trnasmute her IV stand into a Helberd, the blood bag acting as a blade which grows one drop or blood at a time.
"Finally, it's about time it got interesting.."

Takegami walked down the sewer right behind Ilona and Darkamaru calmly and slowly. He yawned slightly as seeing as they had finally found the beast, but made sure that he wouldn't have to waste anymore of his time. He began to whistle a creepy tune, and, through the creature's eyes, the entire area became bathed in blood, and several large alligator-dragon mixed creatures appeared and attacked him constantly. This made the creature claw and dig into its own flesh, fearing itself.

"Maybe i'm just happy..."

Ilona started slashing at the beast, it's blood staining her body. The beast gave her another swipe at her in return, which she barely missed, leaving a clean scar on her cheek.

Takegami, who surprisingly could see perfectly fine in this darkness, saw Ilona was cut on the cheek, and without hesitation, he decided to get involved. He suddenly vanished, and then appeared on the bests back, gently placing his palm on the rough skin. He simply sighed, and a huge hole was sent through the chest of the beast, but it was far from dead. He flipped backwards, off of the beast's back, and landed in the sewage water without causing a splash. He could smell... something, but he wasn't sure what it was.

Ilona then transmuted the Helberd's blade, transmuting it into multiple blades and aimed right at the beast. Without hesitation, Ilona attempt to bring on the finishing blow...

Xan walked to the entrance to the sewer with his four man escort behind him. Except, the men weren't so much escorting him as carrying some rather large containers...

Lord Xan, is this the place?

Glancing back at his servant, Xan replied that it was. He could hear the fighting even from the entrance to the sewer, so he knew that this was the right location.

Remember, don't release the beast in this cage until you hear me command it, and as for the other...container, you'll know if the time comes to bring that to me. Until then, wait for me here.

The men stood at attention. Yes, my Lord!

Xan walked into the sewer calmly, drawing his Illuminati blade from its sheath, and thinking about the beast in the crate. He wondered if Quicksilver's presence would even be necessary...

The beast managed to free its claw, swiftly piercing her shoulder. Ilona gave a scream in pain, staggering to the ground.
"Shit, I let my ground down..."
Ilona then tries to slow take the claw out of her shoulder.

Takegami, being the gentleman that he is, quicklly rushed over to Ilona and snatched her up and took her a few meters away from the beast. His azure eyes slowly turned crimson red, and he charged at the beast, his blade now making the prescence around them seem heavier. He leapt into the air, and slashed off an arm of the beast.

"I'll have you die a slow, painful death you sickening beast!"

Ilona managed to take the claw out of her shoulder, screaming even more in pain. The blood flowed freely from the open gashin wound but she isn't too worried as she cannot die from blood loss easily. Ilona then drifted into unconciousness..

At this point Xan walked into the area of the battle and whistled to himself. This beast was ugly! Then he took a moment to take in everything around him, including Blood Red's injuries, and the fact that Takegami was here and had just sliced off the beasts' arm. Xan didn't remember Takegami ever looking that angry....

Changing his mind about the sword, Xan clapped his hands and lightly touched the ground, causing a huge spike to go through the hole in the beasts' chest, holding it firmly in place....and causing it a lot of pain.

Takegami wasted no time in listening to Xan's words before he finally snapped. He could smell Ilona's blood in the air, along with more blood, but it wasn't coming from the beast. Without hesitation he snapped his fingers summoning two conjoined nodachis. These blades were longer than his height, so when he held the handle of the blades in his hand, they were alot taller than him. He suddenly vanished, and appeared running on the beasts back, his long blade going right through it.

He finally leapt off, and right when he touched the ground, the beast split in half. Blood gushed everywhere, and the beast screamed and roared only for the time that Takegami was on its back. He stood up slowly, looking over at Xan, his crimson red eyes seeming cold and calculating, analyzing everyone as if he was searching for another victim. Suddenly a baby like screech could be heard further down the sewer.

"More prey..."

She woke at the sound of the baby screeching only to see Takegami's red eyes. Ilona then struggled to get up, using her Helberd as support.
"S-Stop him..."
Ilona's breathing became heavier as she walked towards Takegami.

Takegami's first reaction was to go after the noise and kill, but he simply froze at the sound of Ilona's voice. He turned around slightly, and saw her struggling to her feet. His crimson red eyes died down to their normal lustful, azure color, and he ran over to her. He grabbed her and picked her up in his arms.

"Are you alright?"

The noise grew closer and louder, and suddenly, more of the screeches could be heard. That's when it became obvious... that beast wasn't a he, it was a she.

Xan looked at Takegami with intrigue, curious as to what Take was thinking as he was looking at everyone around him as though they were more prey to be sliced in half so that he could revel in their blood being shed.

When the crying sound was heard, Xan was curious until he heard Takegami say the part about "more prey". Using his alchemy again, Xan created a wall, blocking off the rest of the tunnel.

Takegami, before you go rushing in to kill whatever is in this tunnel,you might want to attend to Blood Red, and by that I mean heal her. I know that you have some kind of trick up your sleeve for that kind of thing.

Xan thought for a moment before adding on to his advice.

Besides, you don't know what else is in this sewer.

Ilona then rested her head on Takegami's shoulder, wishing to drown out the terrible screeches.
"I'm fine..But you guys go on ahead..I'll catch up later.."
She then ripped a bit of her uniform and wrapped it around the wound on her arm.

Takegami seemed to lust for the girl after seeing her rip a piece of her uniform, and the sight of her wound made him open his mouth slightly, bearing his fangs. He was about to bite into her flesh before he set her down gently and pulled out the 'red stone' he had in his pocket. He snapped his fingers, and a red glow came from Ilona's wounds. The flesh soon began to recover and covered the wound up whole, while Takegami's side suddenly began to bleed slightly. Of course, this couldn't be seen thanks to his cloak that he wore over his uniform.

He looked back over at Xan, his eyes cold and emotionless, as if he had lost all feeling. His face seemed to show sorrow aswell, but he simply turned towards the wall and gently flicked his hand causing it to suddenly sink into the ground. Takegami walked on, sealing the door behind him, the screeches coming closer.

"I'll make sure that you all suffer..."

Ilona watched in silence as Takegami sealed the door behind him. She wasn't worried as he can take care of himself but felt guilty that she couldn't even kill a simple beast like that...I want to be stronger..

Xan sighed, thinking that Takegami was definitely a strange person. Then he simply destroyed the wall and followed after the man. Well now Take, at least wait for me to catch up, I want to shed the blood of these vermin as well.

Although his words made it sound like he was hunting, he was really just taking one step forward in his master plan...
