When Ilona ran up to him, Takegami quickly stood up and stepped back, nearly falling off of the edge. He could still hear that sound in his mind. The thumping of a heart. He looked around, searching for the source fo the sound. THE THUMPING DROVE HIM TOWARDS INSANITY! He grabbed his head in pain from a headache from the thumping before he managed to solo the sound out. His eyes looked over at Ilona, and he beared his fangs.

"Offspring? A second chance..."

Ilona stepped back in fright, holding her blood stained hankerchief.
"What do you mean..?"She became frightened, quickly holding on to her belly as if her life depended on it.

Xan looked toward the place that Take was staring with his fangs bared like that, and was surprised to see his gaze land on Ilona's stomach of all places. When Take said his next four words, Xan would have gone pale if his skin wasn't of Ishvalan color. He quickly hid his shock from everyone, especially Takegami, and pretended not to notice the proceedings.

Takegami, why are you looking at Ilona like that?

Katie looked to Takegami in confusion.
"Offspring?"
She stared at Take, and then glanced at Ilona. Offspring meant children. Children meant...she slowly pieced it together.
She couldn't believe it. Did this mean that Ilona and Takegami were going to have a child now?
Looking again, she wanted to leave. But her feet wouldn't move.
She felt so angry and upset.
"What are you talking about, Take?!"

Takegami's azure eyes were filled with sorrow, and his face showed no sign of shock, but just sadness. He couldn't believe that Ilona was hiding her pregnancy from him, let alone after he... he made a sacrafice he could never gain back for her, and she betrayed him like this. He couldn't help but fell heartbroken.

"Why would you hide my own child from me?..... Why would you betray me after i've given everything i have away just for you!?"

Suddenly, the gravity around everyone became two times heavier. ANger began to build up inside of Takegami, who was trying to keep his alternate personality of destruction from taking control.

"Answer me!"

She let her tears flow freely, her couldn't breathe as her tears choked her. Ilona didn't mean for this to happen, she just wanted to be with him but then, it wasn't meant to be..
"I didn't mean to..I really didn't but...The reason why I hid my pregnancy is because.."Ilona had trouble saying the words but they have to come out one way or another..
"...Because Im the mother of the Virtues.."

When Ilona revealed that she was the Mother of the Virtues, Xan's mind sent forth many images at once. Images of the Gate, of the holy water he had hidden away after that fateful day in the Netherworld, and of his own life up to this point. Why did his life just flash before his eyes? Xan hardly registered the fact that people's lives tended to end after seeing their lives flashing like that. What really shook his was seeing a fate image of the gate behind Ilona, as if it were calling for him...

Without another word, Xan walked forward as though in a daze, stepping slowly because of the gravity. He drew his sword and kept walking until he was between Take and Ilona, and wasn't surprised to see a faint image of Truth sitting right next to Takegami. Knowing what he had to do, Xan started to speak.

Takegami Teijirou, I know not what you intend to do, but that look in your eyes doesn't speak in your favor. You will not pass while you still have the intent of murder.

Strangely, the image-Truth began to grin, that same grin as the last time he and Xan had met...

Takegami's eyes turned crimson red. Once again he was betrayed by all, but he refused to give in this time. He let it slide last time, but Xan had double crossed him for the final time. He suddenly snapped his fingers and the only entrance was closed off ass an explosion rang through the area and the entrance ws blocked off by endless amounts of rubble. Takegami then drew his blade once more and looked at Xan before simply sighing. Finally, the true Takegami spoke. Not the evilness, nor the caring personality, but the entire Takegami. One eye was crimson, the other lustful azure.

"Xan, once again you turn against me. I question your judgement, and your loyalty, and for that, i'm afraid that you will no longer have my trust."

He then vanished and appeared a few meters away from Ilona. He raised his hand, and suddenly the entire area began to glow red. Ilona's sickness and wounds returned, and her womb was gone. Takegami had taken back his favor, and his love, and simply turned around. The womb was in a safe place, somewhere where the child could grow, without Ilona being able to get close to him.

"You both... can rot in hell."

He cleared the way with destruction alchemy causing the rocks to explode and turn to dust. And he slowly walked down the tunnel.

Katie was in complete shock.
Ilona...the Mother of the Virtue homunculi? And the mother of Takegami's child?
She felt...infact, she wasn't sure what she felt she was so in shock. She wanted to leave--she knew that she shouldn't be here now. She should've never came there!

Katie noticed how she didn't matter at this moment, not even to Takegami. He just left her there with Ilona and Xan.
"Takegami!!" She cried out absentmidedly.
Her feet started to move towards him. "Takegami!" She called out again, trying to catch up to him. "Wait!!!"

Ilona then started throwing up blood, the pain returning to her was too much but she still has her conciousness. She managed to stand up and ran towards Takegami, grabbing his cloak.
"...Give him back...GIVE MY SON BACK!"Her eyes were filled with hate, her hand raised in attempt to slap him. Her illness, her pain did not matter anymore. All she wanted was her son back.

Genji wasn't used to bettle and it was dark as well him fearing the darkness as well as death, his eyes finnaly ajusted to it but all he could see was the death around him too, nervous to more his fear of the darkness atking over, Genji was unsure weather to fight or stand there, his legs didnt shake at all his fear just made him stnd there not moving at all. Genji was clenching his gun in left hand so tightly he hand bleed, Genji finally being able to move took his R.Y.N.O out of where it was it already weight 5 KGs thats to the lead in the 6 round magazine to reduce recoil.

Genji's fear made it like 50 KGs. Then the figthing stop and a large amount of rubble buried all of the creatures. he noticed after that, that more people had joined in fighting. Genji noticed anger happening around them arguing and a son leaving was unsure weather he should ask but he didnt he noticed takegami leaving and Genji needed to talk with him. So Genji run after him running past everyone else.

Takegami turned around fiercly and he threw the girl off of him. He was sickened at the sight of her, and the thought of her nearly made him vomit. He simply looked over at Katie, and extended his hand out and grabbed her hand. He slendered his eyes at Ilona to send her a message of hate, and turned around and continued to walk. His trust in Ilona faded, hwoever, Xan became a question. Part of him trusted Xan, while the other said he was no good. Either way, it no longer mattered to Takegami. All that mattered to him was the safety of Katie and Kamijo, his new child.

Suddenly, Genji ran up to him. Takegami had no problems with the boy, and so he allowed him to walk with him.

Xan was suddenly struck by the most awesome of his ideas yet. He quickly banished the image-Truth from his mind and retook control of his sanity. Using a complex set of transmutations, Xan made a tunnel under ground, where the gravity wouldn't get to him as much, then ran to be in front of where Take should have been. Then, he blasted a hole through, afterwards transmuting a pillar that rose him up to be in front of Take. Using another transmutation, he made the symbol of his station in the Rozencruetz Orden, surrounded by the Illuminati symbol, inside of an ouroboros seal on the wall beside him. I said that you would not pass! Takegami Teijirou, be wise and consider what you're doing! You will not pass this mark without there being blood shed.

Xan raised his sword at Takegami with a smile and a message hidden in his eyes.

She covered her face and screamed, falling onto her knees. Losing the person she loved most and her son at the same day was too much. She cried uncontrollably, she suddenly remember her death, Takegami's sacrifice, it all flashed into her mind so fast she thought she was going insane. She couldn't stop screaming nor could she stop her tears...

Katie smiled, happy to notice that Takegami didn't forget about her, and that he still cared for her. She took his hand, moving closer to him and hugging on his arm, like she always used to do.
"Takegami...I have a question." She started. "What's...exactly going on?"

She cared for Ilona, but after that bomb, she admitted, she didn't care much for her anymore. At least for the moment, all that mattered to her, was being with the person she cared for the most. And figuring out what the hell was going on and what just happened.

Takegami was about to answer Katie's question when Xan suddenly arose infront of them. Takegami stood infront of Katie, and pulled out his blade and smirked devilishly. His eyes began to flash crimson red, and a heavy fog covered the area. Takegami's red eyes could be seen glowing brightly in the fog, and he slowly snapped his hands causing a special blade come out of the ground. It was longer than he was, and weighed five times heavier. He then vanished and appeared behind Xan, his blade aiming to pierce through one of Xan's lungs.

Takegami was moving to fast for Xan to see, let alone have time to react seeing as how he was moving about the same speed as sound. The wound should have been fatal, but not enough to take down Xan for good.

Ilona had stopped her screaming but her tears still flowed. She stood up, walking without any sense, nor did she care. She had to fight for another day. Ilona walked past Katie, her eyes turning into cold steel. How remarkable that her jealously would overcome her...At least I know where her allegiances lie..Then she walked past Takegami, giving him no heed or gesture that she noticed him. The engagement ring he had given her still gleamed in her hand on where he so lovingly placed it.

Genji noticed that xan and takegmai's fighting would get rather close to him and katie so he decided to move them back away from the fighting. " Excuse me miss i think we should move away for a bit? Purely so we dont get you know slashed and cut to pieces uhh don't you agree? if so lets move back. " Genji grab Katie's wrist and start taking her a way back so then they wouldn't get caught in the fighting between Xan and Takegami then Genji moves in front of her and takes out both of his gun's

" Miss do not worry takegami-sama will be fine and i will be standing here to portect you so do not worry hehe. " as he smiled to reasure her. Genji thought to himself i wont stop this time i will fight.

Damien notices the people so he walks up to see whats going on

Katie didn't know who this was--so she wasn't sure if she could trust him enough to protect her...but she didn't have a choice at the moment.

"My name's Katie, by the way. I'd rather you call me that than 'miss'." She quickly introduced herself to Genji, before staying back behind him. She still wasn't sure, but she had to trust him. Her life might be in danger--but then again, Takegami would protect her if anything would happen to her. And, there's also the fact that she can fight herself.

Xan stood still as he knew that there was no way to avoid the inevitable. When he saw Takegami disappear, he knew what he would do and began to clap his hands. He brought them together just as he felt the blade go through his lung. He wondered what he should do with this transmutation, then decided to do everything that was necessary to do with his last transmutation. Reaching down with the blade still in his stomach, Xan transmuted the ground underneath everyone's feet. One thousand thin spikes erupted from the walls of the cave along with a few walls. One wall separated Ilona from everyone else, another seperated him and Take, and another blocked off his tunnel. The wall that blocked him and Take broke Take's sword, sending an extra jolt of pain through Xan, but not without a pleasing side effect. The thin spikes were more precise, surrounding Katie, Genji, Damien, and Take, but not stabbing through them, just pointing dangerously at them. Then, almost completely exhausted and alone, Xan used destruction alchemy to reduce the blade to dust in his body. Breathing heavily and on the verge of passing out from exhaustion and blood loss, Xan opened a compartment in his arm and brought out the hidden Holy Water....

L'ora è venuta.

With those words, Xan drank the Holy Water in the vial. It tasted better than anything he had ever tasted, truly worthy of its name. It was perfectly cool, crisp, and made him forget all about his wound. Suddenly, he felt immense pain, as though his entire body was rearranging itself, cell by cell. He screamed, a primal sound of pure agony, then finally passed out and lie still.

Takegami quickly pushed his hand against the wall, the spikes not even piercing his skin, and broke through it using destruction alchemy to turn it to dust. He vanished and appeared behind Katie. He held onto her hand tight, ready for anything if he had to protect her with his own life. He had lost his wife already, the last thing he needed to lose was another child.

"Stay close to me."

Ilona, knew she'd never be the same and hardly noticed Xan's alchemy. She stank of her own blood and felt blood runing from between her legs. How long was that bleeding for...Ilona then smeared transmutation circles on the walls with her own blood and slammed her hands on them, causing the whole sewers to glow red...

" Oh okay miss uuhh sorry i mean Katie-san sorry about this i knwo you can probably fight for yourself but i want to become useful, so please do not mind me. " Genji had his guns at the ready then the spkies appaered all aorund them and in dangerous places thought to himself not to move in any dangerous places he noticed Takegami appearing behind Katie he was sure that they would be fine but neithertheless he stood ready for Xan, Guns clenched tight " Oh yeah the name Genji but call me what you want to. Takegami-sama what do you think about this situation? "

Katie, now finally having someone she trusts and feels safe with, nodded firmly to him, obviously happy.

"I promise," She whispered to him. Noticing Genji asking something, she looked at him. He tried to protect her, probably wanting to feel useful, but she'd rather have someone she trusts...

Now she couldn't do much but hope that she, Take, and everyone else come out alive and alright.
